We are seeking applicants for a Utility - Converting in our Jackson, AL facility.
Principle Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
Perform general cleaning, machine operation, forklift operation and any other related production task as business

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
Willing to work any shift which includes weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts.
Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
1+ year of manufacturing or labor intensive work experience.
Ability to work in a hot, cold, humid, noisy, industrial environment with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks repetitively for extended periods of time (i.e. lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling), with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing to wear the necessary Personal Protection equipment (PPE) (i.e. hard hats, safety glasses, face shield, ear plugs, hearing protection, steel-toe boots or safety shoes and other PPE required by specific jobs) with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
