Overview:
KIDS FIRST serves children with special healthcare needs ranging in age from six weeks to five years. In our pediatric day healthcare clinics, children diagnosed as having a medical condition known to place them at risk for developmental delays and disabilities receive intensive intervention.
The Administrative Analyst provides administrative support to the statewide Kids First Program.

Salary: $31,200
- Enters, tracks, and resolves issues with purchase orders for POC and assists clinics in procurement processes.
- Serves as a liaison between Kids First program and UAMS Procurement Office.
- Processes travel for all Kids First Sites and reconciles monthly deposits.
- Assures accuracy of expenditure and revenue entries; prepares documents for financial tracking system.
- Provides training and technical assistance for clinic personnel as related to purchasing and travel related questions.
- Provides administrative support for various departments/locations.
- Assists in making travel and transportation arrangements according to supervisory instructions.
- Greets and directs
visitors.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field PLUS at least one (1) year of administrative experience OR High School Diploma/GED PLUS at least five (5) years of administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency with computers (MS Office preferred)
