Overview:
KIDS FIRST serves children with special healthcare needs ranging in age from six weeks to five years. In our pediatric day healthcare clinics, children diagnosed as having a medical condition known to place them at risk for developmental delays and disabilities receive intensive intervention.
The Administrative Analyst provides administrative support to the statewide Kids First Program.

Salary: $31,200


Responsibilities:
  • Enters, tracks, and resolves issues with purchase orders for POC and assists clinics in procurement processes.
  • Serves as a liaison between Kids First program and UAMS Procurement Office.
  • Processes travel for all Kids First Sites and reconciles monthly deposits.
  • Assures accuracy of expenditure and revenue entries; prepares documents for financial tracking system.
  • Provides training and technical assistance for clinic personnel as related to purchasing and travel related questions.
  • Provides administrative support for various departments/locations.
  • Assists in making travel and transportation arrangements according to supervisory instructions.
  • Greets and directs
visitors.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
    Minimum requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field PLUS at least one (1) year of administrative experience OR High School Diploma/GED PLUS at least five (5) years of administrative experience
    • Advanced proficiency with computers (MS Office preferred)
