Job Description & Duties:

  • Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is a detail oriented & service-focused associate who is able to incorporate initiative with excellent problem-solving skills to provide first call
research and resolution for Customer orders, concerns and requests
  • Responsible for applying a working knowledge of company processes, procedures and products to effect accurate order management from order purchase to delivery to aftercare
  • Able to initiate concise communication with corporate personnel and vendors through telephone, email and computer-based messaging, and to maintain open dialogue with Customers to insure immediate issue discernment, reporting and correction of service deficiencies
  • Serve as a hub among departments to process, monitor and maintain applicable records, paperwork and action forms
  • Process the Daily Order Schedule through proficiency in Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel and developed proficiency in Proprietary Software
  • Accurately calculate credit amounts and invoice adjustments
  • Complete administrative functions as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Job Requirements:
