This is a multi-functional role, working directly with the Senior Manager of Franchise Development Operations along with the Franchise Development team. Position needs to be very organized, have great attention to detail and be a great communicator. You must have the ability to work as a team and multitask. Deadlines need to be met.
Essential Job Functions:
- Franchise Sales, Transfers, Site Approvals and Openings
o Prepare and document franchise sales and transfer approval packages
o Prepare and document all site approval
o Review FranConnect AR leads for timely follow up with their candidates. Contact AR’s continuously to ensure proper contact and usage of the system is occurring.
o Run needed background checks of candidates as needed on a timely basis.
- Studio Development Pipeline (Region)
o Manage studio opening pipeline focusing to meet company opening objectives
o Coordinate AR Calls to periodically review pipeline and status to commitments and company objectives
o Coordinate and manage pipeline reviews including construction and development managers. Ensuring that information is complete and accurate so that reporting is realistic and opening objectives are met
o Work closely and coordinate development efforts with other departments including operations, marketing, finance, legal and L&D
o Manage new studio presales and equipment order milestones to meet company opening objectives
o Use relationships and influence to meet company opening objectives
- Systems & Process Improvements
o FranConnect – Use and manage the FranConnect system so it meets business needs. Act as an interface and resource to the company and other departments so that continuous improvement efforts are implemented.
§ Superuser of FranConnect- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Real Estate Tab, Studio Info Tab, Real Estate details and Lease Renewal Tab.
§ Assist the Legal department in organizing and uploading new license documents to the O-Drive and FranConnect system.
§ Create document uploads to FranConnect and contact candidates for missing documents when needed. This needs to be performed on a timely basis
§ Responsible for the oversight of Document Tracking, Lease Approvals, Leases, Lease Addendums, Commencement Letters, COI to implement into FranConnect
§ Maintains the Market Plan for entire US region with Real Estate Managers.
§ Sends domestic train email connector to franchisees and updates 5PM with leased information for MBO, Presale, Marketing, Operations.
§ Outlines and creates the flow chart and play book for Franchise Development (specifically Real Estate and Design & Construction)
o Buxton – Become proficient in Buxton so that gain an understanding of how this system is used to support development
§ Maintains the mapping database, including users and access.
§ Assists International Team in creating territories and reports on Buxton.
§ Create Buxton reports and maps for Area Representatives and Franchisees as requested.
§ Provides training to Area Representatives and corporate regional employees on the Buxton platform.
§ Liaison between Buxton and internal & external network.
§ Performs site review DocuSign process for Real Estate Managers and sends formal site approval letter to franchisees.
§ Continuously reviews site analytics and implements process improvements to maximize functions and use.
o Materials – Constantly review and update development materials on HUB, internally and communicated to franchisees.<
