Open Dinner Monday through Saturday 4:30 pm-9:30 pm

  • Must have knowledge of Classic & Regional Italian Cuisine
  • Must have 5 years Fine dining experience with knowledge of Fine Wines
  • Must be organized with neat legible writing
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Memorize details of daily specials to customers
  • Up-selling of Menu items and Fine Wines
  • Ability: Sharp memory, attentiveness,flexibility, able to multi-task quickly
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have a clean, neat appearance
  • Mandatory: White Crisp Dress Shirt with tie, Black Trousers, Belt Black Shoes
  • Friendly staff, positive attitudes and beautiful clean atmosphere to work
  • Dinner meal provided daily
  • Excellent tips ! with hourly pay / Paid nightly

  • Taking orders

  • Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
  • Placing to-go orders
  • Prep or side work
  • Preparing bill and processing payment
  • Assisting kitchen, such as plating and garnishing menu items
  • Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
  • Reconciling daily cash transactions
