General Description / Primary PurposeThis position will be a time-limited position on a three year grant. The Program Manager will work side-by-side the PI and Leadership Team to assure fidelity to grant implementation and reporting expectations. The PM will devote 100% of their time to the administrative project support.
Primary responsibilities will be to support the PI and leadership team in all aspects of grant management including recruitment, purchasing, communication and coordination with the federal program officer, participant data maintenance, collaboration with budget coordinator, communication with the research post award office regarding budget management external evaluations, and interim, annual, and final report preparation/ transmission. A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a directly related area of specialization; or a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and two years of experience directly related to the job functions.
