Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications

Completion of 60 semester credits to include 15 semester credits in a computer related field or completion of an information technology certification program (Novel, UNIX, Microsoft, or Oracle). Two years of programming and systems analysis experience are required. Additional programming and systems analysis experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Recruitment Notes

The following experience is preferred:
ASP.NET, HTML, MVC, Visual Studio, C#, VB, SQL Server, Database Design and stored procedures; APIs such as RESTful and SOAP; Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project), Knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, DevExpress, Entity Framework, BootStrap, Knowledge of Vega web services and IDMS database.
This position entails working
closely with subject matter experts (SME) from business operational areas, analyze and document existing business processes/requirements by conducting meetings, interviews, and site visits; translate findings into professional, clear and concise functional requirements and create Use Cases to facilitate user acceptance testing and training ; interact professionally with management, project leads, SME, and with technology and operational professionals; estimate work and establish priorities to allow for addressing production support urgencies while meeting deadlines.

This position will serve as system administrator to a vendor application.
