Job Description:

We are looking for an ESOP Coordinator to join our growing team. The perfect candidate for the position would be a highly motivated individual with exceptional work ethic and knowledge in 401(k) and ESOP plan administration. This individual must also have the ability to meet team and individual deadlines while working in an energetic and fast-paced environment. We administer all types of retirement plans, including 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans and Employee Stock Ownership Plans.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to ESOP Consultants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the annual administration process
  • Update and review census data and eligibility
  • Reconcile trust and cash accounts
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Allocate the contributions, forfeitures and income
  • Perform basic compliance testing
  • Distribution form preparation and processing (seasonal)
  • Preparation of annual & other government reporting forms
  • Form 5500, Summary Annual Report
  • Form 8955-SSA
  • Form 1099-R & Form 945

Job Requirements:

  • Results-oriented with keen attention to detail and aptitude for math
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, both external and internal customers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines with seasonal demands
  • Ability to work independently and also in a team-oriented environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with Relius Administration (preferred but
not required)Open to training and growth within the ESOP Department and Company
