Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Developing innovative recruiting strategies for sourcing and hiring for both professional and clinical roles for locations across the country
- Strong Sales and Negotiating Skills - ability to attract candidate to "hard to recruit to" locations throughout the US
- Interviewing applicants and submitting their qualifications for review to the appropriate hiring manager
- You will be responsible for full cycle recruitment including offer negotiation, new hire paperwork, confirming training,
Qualifications
- MUST have 7+ years of recruiting experience with solid experience with professional placements
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience recruiting healthcare providers will have an advantage in this position
- Excellent sourcing/screening skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, interviewing, public speaking, negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (need Type A organization skills)
Plus:
- Work independently and remotely
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
- Experience with an ATS and CRM
