As a Premium Specialist, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Accomplish various duties related to the tracking and auditing of Sales and Marketing Premiums, including but not limited to set up and maintenance, tracking, ordering, record keeping, and balancing of physical premium inventory controls

  • Reconciliation of Pre-Gifts between Chorus and Activities systems – including research and follow up with business units, as necessary
  • Management and Control of Business Management Premium Bank, including initial receipt and disbursement of Premiums to Site Banks
  • Interaction with Premium Bank Sites, Accounting, and other Departments as necessary to facilitate timely, accurate information flow and overall Premium control
  • Monitor/Maintain all Premium Vendor contract information, including rates, liability insurance, W9, Premium Vendor Agreement, and performance guidelines in accordance with HGVC standards
  • Complete other administrative duties including set up of
premium banks and codes, management meetings, running reports and tasks as needed by management

  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and social skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments while maintaining attention to detail and follow-up skills successfully
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High school diploma or equivalent
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Prior experience with Chorus and Cognos
  • 2 years of College, business analyst, financial analyst, or equal experience in a business or retail environment
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma/Cepeg
