Customer Service Representative I

Kailua Branch (Kailua, Oahu)
Work Schedule
Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Friday 8:00AM - 6:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).
Responsibilities
Provides quality customer service to bank customers both inside and outside the branch. Sells the Bank’s products and services which includes informing the customer of benefits, and features. Acts as an initial contact for referral of the customer to personal bankers and specialized areas of the bank such as consumer and
commercial loans, credit cards etc. Projects a professional image and appearance as a representative of the Bank.
Qualifications
- Must be a strong service provider who recognizes all sales opportunities.
- Must be able to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
- Experience as a Teller in a financial institution preferred; previous cross-selling and loan experience highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required when interacting with customers and completing their transactions.
- PC experience preferred.
