Job Summary
The Account Coordinator may report to the Senior Project Leader (SPL) or Project Supervisor (PS). In this role they will work to become a key internal and client team member, with shared responsibility for one or several different client teams/partnerships. Critical areas of focus: efficiency, profitability for all projects as well as strengthening Team & Client relationships

  • Demonstrate the mission, vision, values and cultural principles of BC Worldwide
  • Assigned to a primary team by the VP, Project Leadership (VPPL)/Director of Project Leadership (DPL), based on availability and expertise/capability, responsibilities may go beyond a single specific client or client team
  • Manage details of large Integrated Campaigns/projects, or smaller more tactical assignments
  • On more complicated campaigns, the AC will report into the Project Leader (PL) or Senior Project Leader (SPL) who will act as the “lead”, delegating and directing execution of specific parts of the Project to deliver the full program
  • Take direction from PL/ SPL to build out the Campaign/Projects and estimates in the project management system
  • Act as key agency communication hub with internal team(s) and external client communication driving for full clarity as needed during the five (5) basic phases of the Project life cycle:
o Planning, Initiation, Development, review and approval, Activation & Execution, Financial Reconciliation and audit
  • Responsible for helping to develop elements of project specific work by collaborating with cross-functional team
  • Maintain system integrity and archive project milestone history as deemed necessary
  • Alert PL/SPL/BL/SBL if client or agency actions/requests stray beyond scope of work, and help engage in contingency planning to recommend solutions
  • Responsible for maintaining project leadership system integrity and reporting
  • Set and Schedule internal/external project-specific meetings
  • Keep SPL/PL/BL/SBL aware of issues relating to each assignment and the deployment of the process, raising concerns and identifying solutions when needed
  • Develop working knowledge of finance process and P&L management
  • Develop solid understanding of marketing communications disciplines with ability to articulate benefits to clients
  • Work with SPL/SBL to develop competitive analysis and industry trend reports where appropriate
  • Work towards being able to articulate agency POV and craft an impactful storyline
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date daily time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy

Education, Experience and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
  • Related internships and/or job experience preferred
  • Agency experience in marketing, advertising and related fields preferred
