Job Description
The supply coordinator is responsible for monitoring and processing client supply orders. This includes entering new orders, making changes to current orders, and ensuring an efficient completion and delivery of all supply orders. This role requires communication with clients both via email and over the phone and coordination between multiple departments.
Job Description
  • Monitor system and field phone calls for new supply orders
  • Enter detailed order information into tracking system
  • Review all orders for accuracy
  • Provide updates to clients on delivery status and any changes or delays
  • Provide supply information to clients and/or sales reps
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure on time deliveries
  • Ensure stock numbers are efficient to support projected supply orders
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Meter collection for contract billing.
Requirements:
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong professional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple orders
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work between departments and in a team based environment
  • Ability to clear a pre-employment background and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time

Required experience:
  • Administrative/Customer Service: 2 years
Required education:
  • High school diploma
