Administrative support in office setting.

Position Title: Administrative Specialist

Seneca Companies is currently seeking an Administrative Specialist to work within our Des Moines, Iowa office. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing area within our family owned and operated business directly supporting the organizations where you may purchase your fuel.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen telephone calls and visitors for Operations Manager and staff
  • Maintains files and electronic records of customers, sales, etc.
  • Produces reports, tracks budgetary activities, contacts customers as needed
  • Payment/invoice processing
  • Other duties as assigned

What you need to have:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of related administrative experience or equivalent training or experience is required
  • Excellent verbal nd written communication skills
  • Experience iwth Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent record-keeping and interpersonal skills
