Job Description:

Swedish Match North America LLC, a consumer packaged goods (CPG) producer and market leader of cigars and a broad assortment of smokeless tobacco products including snus, is currently seeking a Territory Representative (TR) for Kansas City, Kansas and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will manage all sales and operational functions within the respective assigned geography.

Major Responsibilities Include:

Selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores in assigned geography. Gaining new item distribution, promotion execution and merchandising products, as well as, insuring freshness on all products in all assigned stores. Being able to utilize our data to develop fact based presentations for our customers and follow our call process. Also, handling all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses, point of sale materials and a product account.

  • Critical thinking, demonstrate ability to think and act in selling situations
  • Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan
  • Planning skills, demonstrate the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results
  • Microsoft Office and business math skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.

    Experience: Requires some directly related work experience in sales.

    Additional: The candidate must live within the geographical assignment.
