Job Description:


Proactively monitors and ensures operational reliability and on-time performance for Express Operations. Assists in coordinating growth in the North American region's initial setup, implementation, and on-going operations. Assists crew members in execution of mission through on-site support. Provides a high level of superior service to the customer while maintaining timely operations.

  • Assists in flight crew operations with emphasis on express operations to ensure a safe and reliable operation:
    • Ensures crews receive proper and applicable documents and equipment for a safe and on-time departure.
    • Documents timeline from start to finish of any R3 Activations. Ensures Crew Members are available while on reserve at local hotel or at Building 6.
    • Monitor Very High Frequency (VHF) communications, including Company, Air Traffic Control (ATC), and customer frequencies to be aware of any aircraft/flight crew issues that need to be escalated.
  • Interacts with Crew Members to ensure operational needs are met for safe/ on-time performance.
  • Interface with other corporate office departments, customers and/or outside vendors, to ensure safe and reliable operations while providing exceptional customer service for our partners to ensure smooth department operations.
  • Document discrepancies and operational issues reported by our flight crews and customers.
  • Assist in identifying, recommending and incorporating procedural changes to minimize flight operations delays.
  • Work with Duty Pilots to provide assistance with fatigue risk assessments when faced with rolling delays or other operational
  • Responsible for ensuring incorporation of recommendations and actions into all applicable Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and training materials for efficiency and accuracy within the Express Operations groups.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience
    • Minimum 1 year general aviation experience required. Part 121/135 operations preferred.
    • Ability to organize and perform multiple assignments in a high stress environment.
    • Strong administrative and computer skills.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • Must be proficient with VHF radio communications.
    • Skilled problem solver with leadership qualities.
    • Must be physically able to climb & descend air stairs
    • Must be able to obtain airport Secure Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, with U.S. Customs hologram & driving privileges.
