As the Administrative Assistant / Sales Administrator, you will report directly to the General Manager or Franchise Owner and provide key support in daily center activities. Using excellent communication and follow up skills, you will handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform administrative and clerical tasks to support overall business operations, such as answering phones and managing business documentation. In addition, you will provide support to the sales and/or production team as needed. The ideal candidate can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and is determined to provide outstanding service to both our customers and

fellow team members.

  • Answers the phone and directs callers to the appropriate individual
  • Copies and files documents, work orders, estimates, invoices, etc., as needed
  • Helps the sales team and serves as a production backup when needed
  • Maintains store appearance
  • Orders and manages office supplies
  • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
  • Previous service business experience desired
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good composition and writing skills, including proof-reading/editing skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to take direction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
