Job Description:

To coordinate and facilitate the internal auditing and corporate compliance process of General Health System along with other duties as assigned.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

2-3 year human resources experience required. Prior JCAHO experience in a healthcare setting preferred.


SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED required. Higher education preferred.

HIPAA REQUIREMENTS:

Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all applicable HIPAA regulations appropriate to Job Position including but not limited to: employee and patient PHI as it relates to Compliance Investigations and/or complaints.


SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all applicable safety practices appropriate to Job Position including but not limited to: incident reporting, exposure control plans, hand washing and environment of care.
