Statement of Purpose:
The primary function of the Customer Service Representative is to handle incoming patient-related calls as well as respond to written correspondence. They will conduct appropriate research activity and respond in a timely and professional manner. CS Rep works closely with all departments, and is acting patient liaison between patient and Financial

Counselors.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma

Experience:

  • Knowledge of Mass Health and Health Connector
  • Billing and Collection experience
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Detailed/Multi-tasking and Organizational skills
  • 2-3 Years office experience required.
  • Data Entry /Computer & Keyboard skills required.
