Job Description:
Statement of Purpose:
The primary function of the Customer Service Representative is to handle incoming patient-related calls as well as respond to written correspondence. They will conduct appropriate research activity and respond in a timely and professional manner. CS Rep works closely with all departments, and is acting patient liaison between patient and Financial
Counselors.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma
Experience:
- Knowledge of Mass Health and Health Connector
- Billing and Collection experience
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Detailed/Multi-tasking and Organizational skills
- 2-3 Years office experience required.
- Data Entry /Computer & Keyboard skills required.
