Job Description:
Royal Tire, today’s leader in the commercial tire industry, is now hiring for Office Assistant in our Montevideo, MN location. If you want to be part of a dynamic team, have a safety-first mindset and looking for a part-time/flexible schedule position, this position is for you. The starting hourly rate is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour working 20-25 hours per week. Experience preferred but not required. Candidates must pass pre-employment requirements.
The Office Assistant will be responsible to perform the following including but not limited to:
· Organization and coding of daily invoices
· Scheduling appointments
· Answering incoming phone calls
· Prepare and make bank deposits
· Greet customers
· Code expenses
· Maintain a safe & clean work environment
