The Health Center Service Specialist executes front desk operations and provides organizational support for the Health Center. In this role, you will be expected to provide a high level of service to the patients as well as perform data entry, maintain files, and research best practices to determine appropriate course of action. You will also be responsible for ensuring that each patient receives the appropriate Cerner experience through proper preparation and execution of events and communication.

- Associates Degree in Health Care or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 1 year of professional office experience
- At least 1 year of clinical or health care work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous client service experience, such as working with the public
- Must live in or near the St. Louis, MO area
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local
