PC Technician

We are looking for a PC Technician to join our team at Hamilton Computer Service, a member of the Grizzly Broadband family of companies.

ROLE: PC Technician

Regular Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Summary:

A computer technician is responsible for assessing and repairing customer issues in a timely manner. During this process keeping clear communication with the customer is necessary. Other duties include maintaining the retail storefront with current new computer builds and helping customers by making educated recommendations on hardware upgrades and purchases.

Key Result Area #1 - Repair

• Assess and Repair Customers Technology Issues

• Communicate issues with customers and resolutions

Key Results Area #2 - New Computers

• Keep new computers stocked and built to sell

• Keep up knowledge on technology to know what to build

Key Results Area #3 - Consultation

• Help customers make new hardware purchases

• Educate customers on hardware and software upgrades

This role may require other duties as assigned according to need.
