Description:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for developing strong customer relationships with online customers and meeting aggressive sales goals. Successful candidates must be professional, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Handle high call volume (inbound/outbound) and communicate directly with customer either by telephone and/or electronic methods.
  • Utilize different computer programs simultaneously to obtain, verify and accurately enter customer information in order to process loans
  • Accurately process payments/payoffs
  • Initiate successful collection calls for loans that are in and/or near default
  • Enhance customer experience with a high level of customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of all loan products and changes that occur through process
improvement
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all customers (internal/external) and coworkers
  • Respond and follow up to all customer inquiries and pending items in a timely manner and resolve questions and issues
  • Ensure that all work is in compliance with Federal and State law and AmeriCash policy
and procedures
  • Act in the first contact capacity.
Requirements:
  • Recent banking, sales, consumer finance or customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, organize, negotiate and make important decisions
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including Microsoft Office and ability to work within more than one program simultaneously
  • Must possess thorough knowledge of basic math in order to handle and compute
financial transactions
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and outgoing positive attitude
  • Work well in fast paced environment
  • Must possess the ability to use discretion in the controlling of confidential
