We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our Warehouse Department as a Warehouse/Delivery Driver. This is a dynamic role where you will be a key part of our Reno Team with objectives including:

  • Responsible for making room for incoming product that has been received by replenishing
  • Rotating products into assigned areas by using an electric forklift in assigned areas.
  • Safe and timely delivery and unloading of products to customers within an assigned route
  • Strict adherence to DOT Regulations and Nicholas and Company Safety Policies
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service


  • Maintain all paperwork and log proper pallet locations
  • Stock product by filling slots (Replenish slots and rotate product in assigned areas)
  • Keep assigned work areas/isles clean and organized
  • Report all damages to inventory control, write up report, and remove from slot
  • Follow pallet let down procedures
  • Daily inspection of equipment and safety conditions
  • Pick and load product as necessary
  • Operate a box trailer in traffic and in variable weather conditions
  • Participate in formalized training and successfully pass evaluations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip in accordance with DOT regulations and Company procedures
  • Operate PeopleNet computer to track stops and location
  • Safely operate and deliver product within assigned route schedule using hand cart or by hand
  • Place product in designated customer delivery area
  • Demonstrate strong customer relations and problem solving skills; report customer issues immediately
  • Obey all traffic rules and immediately report accidents or damage; report repair issues immediately
  • Immediately notify supervisor/sales etc. for any delivery variance via PeopleNet
  • Maintain sanitary conditions and meet standard hygiene requirements


  • Ability to operate electric, stand-up/reach forklift and electric pallet jacks
  • Possess basic math skills with the ability to learn quickly and be able to work in fast paced environment
  • Our trucks includes dry, cooler and freezer storage, be prepared to work in temperatures as low as -10.
  • This position is physically demanding. It will require you to lift, bend, and navigate heavy product down a ramp repetitively during your route
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to lift 50-75 lbs repetitively
  • Must be at least 21 years of age


  • Prior experience with RF warehouse technology
  • A flexible schedule
  • The desire to obtain Class A CDL License and ability to meet all DOT requirements and possess current medical card
  • A clean MVR (no more than one ticket)

Hourly Pay Rate:

  • $14.00-$17.00 per hour
