Multimedia Content Creator
Part-time - 20-25 hrs/week
$20 - $30/hour, DOE
6-month contract with the potential for contract extension or a full-time position
Must be located in New Mexico, within a commutable distance to Albuquerque

As part of the marketing department, the Multimedia Content Creator will assist with the vision, creation, and execution of the Cinnafilm brand and messaging. They will assist in the ongoing optimization of digital and print marketing activities for the company overall. They will work closely with the Director of Marketing to map out content strategies, lead acquisition, create compelling social media campaigns, email campaigns, whitepapers, blogs, industry reports, case studies, product/feature sheets, infographics, video content, web copy, and other marketing collateral as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Written Content Support
  • Assist in developing and writing assets such as whitepapers, blogs, industry reports, web copy, social media posts, mailer campaigns, case studies, product sheets, comparison sheets, and other content to support marketing initiatives
  • Social Media/Mailer Campaign Content, Optimization, and Analytics
  • Create paid and organic content (posts, videos, images) for all social media platforms to best engage target audiences, build awareness, convert and retain followers, based on company needs, current trends, consumer insights, and analytics
  • Co-monitor the day-to-day marketing activities across multiple platforms (Facebook/ LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram)
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for differing segments to convert leads into customers
  • Monitor lead flow pacing goals and KPI's to identify issues and propose solutions to the Director of Marketing for review
  • Conduct campaign analyses to provide insight and identify areas for opportunity
  • Recognize popular themes that our target audience engages with and support the development of meaningful content strategy accordingly
  • Design and manage email campaigns, structure A/B testing, schedule deliveries, and report on results
  • Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email

Required Experience/Tools:

  • Strong copywriting skills
  • A strong visual sense
  • A strong grasp of typography and layout
  • Experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns (LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram/Twitter)
  • Experience with online marketing strategies, channels, tactics, and projects
  • Intermediate or above level user in Adobe Creative
Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience with tracking, reporting, and analysis (Google Adwords, Facebook, Google Analytics)
  • Solid knowledge of emerging online marketing strategies, channels, tactics, projects, SEM/SEO trends and technologies
  • Experience with MailChimp or a similar marketing automation platform/email marketing service
  • Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of Google Apps & Drive
  • Preferred Experience/Tools:

    • Intermediate or above level user in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
    • A strong visual sense
    • A strong grasp of typography and layout
    • Solid knowledge of the video production process including development, writing, and shooting production as well as pre and post-production for traditional assets and digital content.
    • Intermediate or above level user in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
    • Experience producing multi-platform campaigns
    • Proficiency with SalesForce
    • Proficiency at conversion tracking and pixel placement
    • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager
    • Experience with Asana or a similar project management system
    • Proficiency with Camtasia
    • Experience with SEMrush
    • Enterprise software industry knowledge and experience
    • Creative technology, TV/film industry knowledge and experience
