Job Description:

Locally Owned Premier Stone Fabricator is looking for an Experienced Customer Service/Scheduling Manager. Qualified candidates must demonstrate Excellent Computer Skills including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as ability to learn our Scheduling/Production Programs. Strong Communication skills (verbal & written), Proven Leadership Experience, Troubleshooting/Resolving Customer issues, and high level of Multi-Tasking Abilities required. This position is Multi-Faceted & Dynamic. You must be able to think fast on your feet, take control and make smart decisions that support our company mission. Construction exp/knowledge a plus as you will coordinate jobs w/our Construction team, schedule all installations, and evaluate job costs. Strong Teamwork essential as you will work with Managers from other depts to achieve our goals. Full time opportunity; Mon-Friday 7:00-4:00, Sat as needed to get the job needed and as part of Management team, work special events as needed. Position reports directly to Operations Manager.
