Digital & Web Marketing Specialist

Del Norte Credit Union in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Digital & Web Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team.

This position will assist the SVP of Marketing for developing and executing Del Norte Credit Union’s overall marketing strategy and search engine optimization through web content management and direct marketing efforts. Also provides marketing support via marketing messaging and project management.

Key Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintaining Website - Designs and constructs web pages/sites including incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features, primarily through Content Management Systems. Other techniques include HTML, CSS, Scripting, and Java script, ASP.NET, SQL and Dreamweaver. Manages and maintains on-line content through promos, ad banners, seasonal content specials and cross-sales toolbars. Plan and participate in the development of a mobile website & associated mobile web strategy. Ensure integrity of corporate identity is maintained throughout the site. Post content to the site such as images, press releases, events, promotions and new materials. Troubleshoot errors or issues with the website; find and document root cause and take appropriate steps to correct the problem and, if applicable, make enhancements in response. Responsible for performance tuning and working in conjunction with the IT department and compliance to maintain website security.
    Direct Marketing Campaigns – Develops and maintains direct marketing campaigns via email, online, or US mail. Develops direct marketing campaigns for DNCU’s Products and Services. Collaborates inter-departmentally in order to improve tracking and reporting of measurements.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns – Oversees DNCU’s digital presence through paid advertising across multiple social/digital platforms.
  • Search Engine Optimization - Develop and update content to maintain high visibility on Internet through use of search engine submissions, and maximize SEO on primary pages. Plan and review site architecture for new additions to the site or optimization of user interface. Collect data and report on web traffic, suggest ways to improve website traffic using various data collection software and implement approved changes. Review current web design trends and SEO practices and recommend new initiatives to increase traffic or enhance the user experience
  • Measurement and Analysis – Gathering and analysis of data to determine ROI and success measurements for all marketing campaign.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three to five years of similar or related experience.

Track record in marketing and event management. Digital marketing background preferred.

Required Skills: Eager to meet member expectations and demonstrate a commitment to

excellence. Ability to manage multiple projects to hit all deadlines without fail. Good

communications skills are essential, including command of copy and grammar. Excellent

planning, scheduling and organizational skills. High level of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint

and Excel. Positive attitude and desire to learn. Ability to maintain flexibility in a fast changing
