Job Overview:

The Property Management Coordinator will assist as a liaison to our most valued home owners. This person must be comfortable communicating directly with home owners or owner’s assistants to coordinate property needs, owner stays or friend of owner stays, and anything else that might arise. The Property Management Coordinator will successfully make all pre-stay communication and processes seamless and easy for the home owner. Ultimately it is their responsibility to make certain the owner’s home is in perfect operating order. Similarly this individual is responsible in making sure that all owner’s personal items are inventoried and accounted for, clean, and in good working order. This person must be willing and able to answer any questions or concerns immediately, with pose and purpose. This individual is jointly responsible for the owners, or friend of owners, hospitality needs during their stay working in tandem with other hospitality departments. The Property Management Coordinator will help with other Property Management needs as their supervisor see appropriate.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a First-Rate Guest and Owner Experience
  • Available to be “on call” when owners are in residence, and from time to time as needed
  • Completes all pre-arrival and post-departure checklists with an eye for detail
  • Communicates with owners professionally, always in a warm and genuine manner
  • Responds to owner and owner’s assistants requests in a timely fashion
  • Ensuring owners satisfaction when dealing with any issues that may arise
  • Continual organization and up-to-date inventory of all owner’s personal belongings including skis, clothing, artwork, wines, fitness equipment, toiletries, provisions, etc.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure proper operations and service
  • Listening for and anticipating owners needs
  • Requires standing for long periods of time and being able to reach approximately 48 inches in height
  • At times, may be responsible to clean guest rooms and perform minor maintenance fixes
  • Reliable attendance on all scheduled work days
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned or requested including obeying safety policies and procedures and attending safety trainings

Qualifications/Knowledge

  • Must be self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Must be highly detail-oriented & highly organized
  • Experience as a property management coordinator and/or personal concierge (or similar)preferred
  • Must be flexible and open to change
  • Must take constructive criticism and frequent coaching well
  • Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
  • Must be able to learn from training with ease and eventually operate independently
  • Must be willing to ask for help and/or clarification
  • Must be able to adapt to change in policy and/or procedures as directed and offer suggestions to improve operations
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to successfully pass a MVR check
  • Higher education or equivalent work experience preferred, High School Diploma required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic typing skills and computer knowledge
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, other language skills preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings

Work Environment:

Must be able to be detail oriented and stay focused regardless of shift length, or time of day. TSVI is located in a high altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions.

Physical Demands of Position Include:

Frequently lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally

lifting up to 50-75 pounds. Sitting approximately 30-40% of the time. Walking, reaching and bending often. This position will require individuals to be out in winter conditions 10-20% of the time.
