Job Description:

The Client Account Services team supports Custody, Fund Accounting, Collateral & Prime clients with for their account opening and maintenance requirements, including facilitating access to global markets and providing guidance for market & regulatory changes.

The Custody and Collateral Services businesses are expecting significant increase in client activity to comply with the Phases of the Non-Cleared Margin Rules requiring posting of segregated initial margin (aka Seg IM). The successful applicant will join the team supporting this business growth and will gain 1) custody & collateral product knowledge, 2) understanding of operational requirements to support impacted clients and 3) experience with analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor.

The successful applicant will also support existing Custody clients, managing advanced / complex client onboarding, establishing accounts, guiding clients through market entry requirements to enable trading, managing market renewals and client restructures as well as setting up and maintaining information in reference databases.

Responsibilities will include
  • Project management of end-to-end account activities covering both new clients and incremental activity
  • Partnership with Product Management, Implementations, Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Service to manage pipeline
  • Interface between business other CAS teams involved in account opening and access entitlements
  • Managing the end to end market account opening process for clients across segregated and segregated documentation markets and provide guidance to clients on market entry requirements
  • Identifying and executing process improvements and providing support on key process and technology initiatives. Identifying opportunities to eliminate manual processes by leveraging digital tools.
