The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in performing a variety of administrative and secretarial duties as required for the Day Services Director and Program Manager, and the various staff and consultants of the Day Program. The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced office setting that will offer a lot of variety in their day. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible to answer phone calls and greet visitors. Ontario ARC offers a warm and friendly atmosphere and welcomes you to join our team of dedicated employees.
Qualifications: A.A.S. Degree with a major in business/secretarial science and three (3) years secretarial experience, or equivalent combination. Must have demonstrated typing proficiency of at least 50 wpm and experience with word processors/personal computers. Must present a neat appearance and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
