Work Hours/Shift:
Full Time - Exempt
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Manages and oversees all aspects of the marketing team including team leadership, development of campaign strategy, oversight of creative production, development of ad copy, project management, event planning, and financial management.
  • Able to inspire and motivate team members to produce top performance.
  • Analyzes, evaluates and measures ROI of all advertising, marketing activities and consumer- focused events.
  • Experienced in project management and problem-solving.
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to answer questions from AdventHealth team members, clients and public.
  • Able to thrive in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Oversees the annual department budget process, including: design and development, expenditure tracking and monthly analysis. Resolves any discrepancies through reclassification with accounting.
  • Manages media buys through the project management system and maintains the external advertisement schedule for the team throughout the year.
  • Fact-checking documents for correct spelling of names, phone numbers, addresses and websites.
  • May work with freelance writer to facilitate writing, editing, proofing.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required.
  • Five years’ healthcare marketing experience required.
  • Three or more years of marketing team management experience required.
Job Summary:
Provides leadership and day-to-day management of the marketing team. Ensures departmental goals are met and projects are completed within targeted deadlines. Responsible for the development and execution of volume-driving marketing campaigns. Effectively manages team and departmental resources with budgetary and financial responsibilities
