Administers and maintains the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for the organization. Assists in maintaining, troubleshooting and design of HRIS. Processes and maintains reports from HRIS systems. Serves as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems. Provides assistance and guidance on the operation and maintenance of HRIS. Conducts file audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Assist visitors to main Human Resources office and supports the Human Resources department by completing various tasks and assignments.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources.
