The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for associates regarding benefits and/or compensation related inquiries. Use case management tool to track and document requests, re-directing inquiries to other appropriate areas for resolution as applicable. Answers general questions regarding benefit/compensation policies and processes to associates, ensuring associate understanding. Perform administrative tasks including completion of forms requesting information related to associate benefit
eligibility and enrollment. May perform data entry functions within Human Resources Systems including ServiceNow (Case Management) and Workday (Human Resources Management System).
  • Prior experience responding to employee questions regarding benefits or compensation preferred
  • Previous Benefits and/or Compensation Administration experience preferred
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written
  • Proficient Computer and MS Office skills
