Due to organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation of North Carolina is now hiring for a “Scheduling Coordinator” position.

This full-time position is based in Liberty’s office located at 5540 Centerview Drive in Raleigh, NC.

Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for scheduling appointments for our clients to receive assessments in their homes. These assessments are administered by our statewide team of health care and human services professionals.

The specific duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Uses a computerized geographic interface to schedule the recipient’s locations as closely and efficiently as possible to minimize travel time for the Nurse Assessors to complete the independent assessments
  • Meets daily target goals to ensure successful project completion
  • Work in collaboration with assigned nurse assessors for schedule management and operational support
  • Deliver excellent customer service to beneficiaries through the scheduling process
  • Assists the call center in the management of inbound calls, responding to caller requests, and providing excellent customer service
  • Assist the referral processors in the management of referral entry and mailing
  • Assists the call center in the management of inbound calls, responding to caller requests, and providing excellent customer service
  • Participates in the training program specific to the PCS scheduling process along with all required refresher trainings
  • Completes annual/biannual web-based training as required by Liberty
  • Assigns the assessment appointment to the appropriate local nurse assessor for implementation
  • Assures contract compliance by delivering quality services and meeting all contractual, legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to his/her role
  • Proactively anticipates and prevents problems that could result in customer dissatisfaction or failure to deliver contracted services

Well-qualified candidates for this position will possess the following:

  • Minimum of a high school degree
  • Basic computer skills
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong orientation to customer service
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Bilingual / multilingual a definite plus
