Front Desk Clerk /multipurpose person

Lake Texoma Lodge and Resort is now hiring a new front desk clerk-multi purpose person. “This is one job” Job duties vary depending on what you will be doing that day. This job give you a chance to learn all aspects of the business. Must be drug free, pass criminal background check and speak Fluent English. You will be dealing with customers on a day to day basis and must be able to communicate in a professional manner.

Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience

Responsibilities:

Register & process guests and their assigned rooms

Accommodate guest requests

Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms

Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services

Handling cash payments

Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
