Bill Knight Automotive is looking for an energetic & detail-oriented Vehicle Accounting Booker.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review Fleet and Stillwater New and Used Vehicle Deals for Accuracy
- File Liens for Vehicle Contracts
- Submit Contracts to Lenders for Funding
- Post all Fleet and Stillwater New and Used Deals
- Submit Trade Payoffs
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and
efficient when working with all customers and employees.
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Dealership Vehicle Accounting
- Dealertrack DMS Experience a Plus
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
