As a sales representative, you will be provided leads and receive extensive sales & product training. You will learn how to deliver a professional sales presentation to enhance our customers’ home.

- Conduct in-home sales opportunities by building trust and educating customers
- Identifying customer needs / wants and utilized Champion’s proven sales presentation.
- Effectively evaluating, measuring and specifying home improvement project options
- Negotiating and closing the sale
- Attending daily sales/training meetings and coaching sessions
- Always Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screen, credit check, and criminal check
- Basic computer / Math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
