Job Description:

Purpose: Support the interface to internal teams while coordinating the reporting to efficiently achieve sales and service targets that support the goal of achieving on time delivery and strategic business priorities.

Key Accountabilities:
Use creativity and available tools to plan and support new reporting to better manage available information within the organization.
Execute dashboard reporting to create better efficiencies for the day to day process of the organization.
Execute numerous daily/weekly/monthly existing reports to monitor orderbook information, as well as to identify problems and subsequently take the appropriate action steps personally.
Support cross functional relationships to discuss and seek resolution to problem solve issues discovered during the analysis of various reports/data.
Support the team to assist in specialized training,
either in a one-on-one format or in small classes setting against our reporting tool kit.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Works independently and proactively manages work
Demonstrates a sense of urgency
Reviews data while identifying trends and initiating improvement actions
Challenge existing processes and develop unique solutions to problems
Excellent knowledge of supply chain mechanics and flow of goods from sourcing to customer
MS Office (Excel/Access, Outlook, Word, Power point)
MicroStrategy
SAP knowledge
Strong organizational and planning skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
