Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Overall Job Summary

  • BioTelemetry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our HR Department to assist with administrative responsibilities for our busy TA team.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Creating Offer letters and Restrictive Covenant Agreements
  • Background Check Administration – entering, following up/ flagging issues to TA Manager
  • Assembles and sends New Hire packets
  • Tracking missing paperwork
  • Creating EE file and inserting documents into Electronic file
  • Assist with on-boarding emails, scheduling New Hire orientation
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Managing candidate travel

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in an administrative role; experience in HR or Recruiting preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge/Abilities –Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. Exposure to Cornerstone or ATS systems
  • Communication Skills (Verbal/Written): Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Management/Leadership Skills:
  • Customer Service: Skilled at building relationships with internal and external customers
  • Other: Must be team oriented; Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
