RV Technician

Our ideal candidate will be experienced in all or many aspects of RV repair and reconditioning and be RVDA Certified. Dealer will also consider other candidates who have a mechanical, electrical and electronics aptitude that are highly motivated and willing to learn and become RVDA certified technicians.

Some duties of the RV Technician are:

Diagnose, replace and repair RV components, structures and parts

Do preliminary inspections and customer orientation

Installation of RV accessories

Installation of hitches, brake control and wiring

Provide best-in class customer service

Follow

Communicate effectively with Service Advisor and Service Manager to keep customer apprised of progress.

Requirements:

Certification from technical school in mechanical field or equivalent combination and experience

Good written and oral communication skills

Ability to perform basic mathematical problems

Tools sufficient to perform basic technical tasks

Ability to understand and interpret electrical diagrams

Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
