Position: Client Service Associate
Department/Branch: Wealth Management/Downtown
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


Performs administrative support work such as preparing documents for and communicating with internal and external clients. Collects, compiles, records, or otherwise gathers data and prepares standard and custom reports with information necessary for decision making. Reviews account activity detail, working closely with administration to make sure the account is being administered in accordance to the governing document.

  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.
  • Meet with clients and professionals at place of residence or business.
  • Review daily account transactions for accuracy and consistency.
  • Organize and track data for federal and state income taxes and real estate taxes.
  • Prepare internal and external documents independently.
  • Review and complete
the set-up of new accounts in the trust accounting system.
  • Process the closing of accounts.
  • Communication

High School Diploma. Associate or undergraduate degree preferred.
Three years of related training or experience.

  • Detail oriented individual able to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and be able to learn job-related software
  • High degree of organizational skills with the ability to utilize various resources for investigation
  • Ability to communicate effectively through both verbal and written communication
