Position: Personal Trust Account Administrator II
Department/Branch: Personal Trust/Downtown
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY

Handles independent administration of accounts naming The First National Bank in Sioux Falls in fiduciary capacities. Maintains close communication with clients, professionals, and beneficiaries to accomplish goals and objectives of the account relationship. Assume responsibility for administration of complex accounts. Acts as the relationship manager, coordinating with all areas of the Bank to meet the customer's needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Facilitate proper execution of responsibilities with legal, tax, accounting, investment, and administrative functions. Assume responsibility for the administration of certain complex accounts in the department, which requires a higher degree of proficiency and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, and pursue and respond to business development opportunities. Initiate and maintain customer, networking, and professional contacts and community involvement.
  • Serves on interdepartmental committees.
  • Participates in implementation of strategic plan.
  • Participates in First National Bank’s sales culture.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. CFP, CTFA or CFIRS certification required within five years of employment.
    Previous Experience: Three to five years of Trust or Banking/Financial Services experience or Advanced Degree in Business or other related field (MBA, JD, MPA, etc.) with relevant experience.

    • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrate a high degree of concern for professional and innovative customer service.
    • Detail oriented individual able to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy required.
