Position: Business Banking Administrative Assistant
Department/Branch: Business Banking/Benson Road Branch
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY

Perform administrative support work. Assists the Business Banking department by performing a variety of support duties such as conference or meeting planning, preparing complex documents, and coordinating activities. Collects, compiles, records, or otherwise gathers data and prepares standard and custom reports with the information necessary for decision making. At times, exercise independent judgment and discretion. Make routine choices within established guidelines, with reasonable supervision and support. Have basic knowledge of Bank products and procedures and communicate and provide direct service to customers on a regular basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Scan and maintain credit file documents in electronic document management system (AccuAccounts).
  • Process paid loans.
  • Order consumer Credit reports.
  • Assist with wire transfers.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Order real estate appraisals, title insurance policies, flood zone determinations as needed.
  • Coordinate and assist with loan closings.
  • Process / enter basic loan transactions into system. (Loan payments, advances, transfers.)
  • Process construction loan draw requests as needed.
  • Process service charge waiver / refund requests as needed.
  • Assist with annual ACH Risk Analysis reports.
  • Track Loan Origination Fees

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma. Associates Degree preferred.
One year of banking experience.

  • Ability to conduct relationships in a manner that will ensure cooperation and positive results.
  • Detail oriented individual able to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy required.
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and be able to learn job-related software.
