Job Description:
Lewis & Clark Ford is looking for a parts enthusiast to complete our Ford parts department! You are right for the job if you are organized, have a basic mechanical background, have experience in parts, and are a leader!
Job responsibilities:
-Looking up and Filling all Parts Order Requests
-Maintaining an orderly parts department with a high level of organization
-Contacting customers regarding special order parts
-Collecting Payment for all Parts Sales
-Evaluating Stocking Levels and Maintaining Obsolescence levels of less than 8% of total inventory
-Following Parts Mark-up Matrix guide and maintaining retail profit margins
-Tracking Lost Sales as a marker for inventory
-Purchasing and Stocking in all Parts
-Tracking and Returning all warranty replacement parts, cores, and parts returns
-Control shop supply waste
-accounting for all shop special tools
