Overview
This position primarily serves as the administrative support for the Planning, Policy and Performance Unit in the Family Services Division, Central Office. Focus areas include: 1) data and reporting including performing database searches in response to data requests, generating routine reporting, and providing support for Results Oriented Management (ROM) reporting tool implementation and maintenance; 2) assisting with managing the internet policies and documents on the FSD Operational SharePoint site; 3) providing support for the Qualitative Case Review (QCR) process; and 4) coordinating the child protection team empanelment process and performing youth credit report checks including documentation of results.

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.

OR

One year of full-time college coursework in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or closely related field AND one (1) year or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.

OR

Two years of full-time college coursework OR and associate's degree in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or closely related
field.

OR

One (1) year or more of experience as an Administrative Services Technician IV with the State of Vermont.
Special Requirements
For some positions experience working with the VISION system VISION is the State of Vermont PeopleSoft financial management system may be required.

Administrative support includes those functions which keep the organization running or provide the resources for others to provide the programmatic work (e.g., accounting, budget management, grant administration, finance, human resources, payroll, purchasing, or space management).
