As a member of our team, as the Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring incoming equipment is verified, inspected, tagged, and received. You will work with the Warehouse Operations Manager and Logistics Manager to ensure equipment is properly staged for the following days out going jobs.


You will also act as support for other positions in the department when team members are out or unavailable to complete required tasks. You will complete other duties, as assigned with direction from the Operations Manager, or Logistics Supervisor in the absence of the Operations Manager. As a part of the team, you may be asked to assist with tasks not within the scope of your daily tasks. Every JRAC Associate is expected to arrive to work each day on time and prepared to contribute with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) or more years of direct and/or relevant HVAC experience
  • Ability to work and complete tasks independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work as an active member of the team to achieve team and company goals
  • Ability to maintain an efficient and effective receiving process
  • Skills to complete minor tool and equipment maintenance
  • EPA certified or ability to become certified within 90 days
  • Strong ability and willingness to follow direction to complete assigned tasks
  • Understanding and commitment to a safe working environment
  • Effective and efficient communication skills, both written and verbal

The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and teamwork skills. Customer satisfaction is a priority and all employees must be willing to work overtime, night, and weekend hours as needed.

All employees must be able to pass our background check, drug-screen, and MVR driving record check.
