Job Description:
Qualified candidate responsible to act with a sense of accountability and ownership as it relates to their work streams; driving to achieve and surpass revenue, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
Education:
Bachelors degree in business administration/related field required or 8 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
Experience:
Five years experience in office/insurance medical or hospital billing with three years minimum experience in leadership/management required.
Licensure,certification, and/or registration:
CPC desired.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills, report generation and proficient computer system knowledge. Actively participates in appropriate professional organizations. Excellent skills in complex analytic problem solving, project management, change
