As a member of SAFFIRE Outreach and Training team you will be the primary point of contact for the customer and will be the primary escalation point in the relationship. You will work closely with the SAFFIRE engineering teams and task leads, who are managing the development and implementation efforts and day to day delivery of IT services. Your focus will be in on the customer’s engagement recommending technologies to fulfill the customer’s needs. You will advocate for the end users, propose prioritization of new work and analyze new requirements. In addition, this individual will assist in the development of SAFFIRE course material and curriculum, help integrate these tools into mission operations, and provides complex training, demonstration and briefing support at corporate and customer locations (CONUS).

More About the Role

  • Perform periodic rounds to customers to fully understand their mission activities and maintain customer relationships.
  • Attend customer meetings and participate as needed by providing functional knowledge of the program’s technical services available.
  • Monitor and track requirements from inceptions to competition, follow up with the users to ensure quality delivery of IT services.
  • Ensure the teams are fully updated on all client feedback and are aware of client’s expectations.
  • Submit regular reports regarding how customer relations are progressing.
  • Communicate, both written and orally, the successes and projects performance.
  • Track reported or identified problems/issues though resolution.
  • Monitor delivery trends, review, and manage major incidents, and customer feedback to identify common requirements.
  • Based on customer missions and feedback, make suggestions to offer new IT services and solutions.
  • Gain and maintain functional knowledge and expertise of the SAFFIRE’s new technical and service offerings.
  • Staff call center operations for mission applications, first call resolution for IT service
requests.
  • Coordinate, resolve, and close all service requests beyond first call resolution.
  • Work in parallel with factory software development and associated training efforts to remain current with the release of new tool functionality.
  • Research and prepare technical/user manuals to support training efforts
  • You’ll Bring These Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as an Imagery Analyst
    • Experience with NTM sensors and capabilities including EO, SAR, IR, and MSI including tasking and collection processes and protocols
    • Experience with OPIR collections, exploitation, and analysis
    • Experience with RemoteView, Cedalion, IEC, ArcGIS, and other standard analytic systems and tools
    • Experience with Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) including knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities
    • Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

    • Experience as a Geospatial Analyst
    • Experience as a GEOINT Collection Manager
    • Experience with Structured Observation Management (SOM) Target Monitoring Assistance (TMA), Flexible Content Management Services (FCMS) and WATCHMAN.
    • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary intelligence (MDI) or event portal strategy (EPS) development
    • Ability to facilitate interagency collaboration
    • BA or BS degree
    • GPC-II (Imagery) Certification
    • Completed a military service MOS/AFSC/NOS granting Imagery Analysis course or the DoD equivalent

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
