Job Description:

CBX is a small but successful Modular Home builder with 6 employees and has been in business for over 15 years and offering a VERY stable position with room for growth.. We are looking for a Front office manager to manage front office area representing the builder and also the on site loan officer for mortgages. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, schedule and tracking service items, process paperwork and set appointments for our staff.

As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate is experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
  • Train, supervise and support office staff.
  • Work as personal assistant to the company owner.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Track job progress
  • Assist with processing loan documents for customers
  • Co-ordinate requesting job phase inspections with local county officials
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Handle complaints and specific customers requests
  • Troubleshoot emergencies
  • Ensure company’s policies and requirements are met

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager
  • Thorough knowledge of
customer service, office management and basic scheduling and tracking job progress and loan progress
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High School diploma; additional certification is a plus
  • Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $14.00 to $17.00 /hour
