Now, based on our sustained success and growth, Valley College is looking for Professionals and Educators with various forms of business experience that might include Sales, Marketing, Operations, Management, IT, Law, Human Resources, Customer Support/Service, or Finance to train and prepare future Business professionals in an Online setting. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for both business and teaching to join our institution.

Responsibilities of the Business Administration Instructor:

  • Instruct students in courses that include:
  • Computer Operations and Applications, Math and Algebra, Career Development, Customer Service, Production and Service Operations Management, Advertising, Promotions, Finance, Sales and Sales Management, Accounting, Writing and other forms of Communication, Human Resources Development, Money and Banking, Leadership, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy/Policy.
  • Prepare, with the support of Valley College staff, an engaging Online classroom using Active Learning strategies.
  • Communicate with students and Valley College support staff in a pro-active and productive manner.
  • Create, post, record, review, and grade various discussions, assignments, and assessments.


  • Master’s Degree in the field of, and/or related fields of, Business Administration or other Business related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of, and/or related fields of, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Management, IT, Law, Human Resources, Customer Support/Service, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching
  • Professional Licenses and Certifications where applicable are also preferred.
  • Ongoing Professional Development.
